L Shaped Dormer Conversion, Ealing

Problem

Phil and Shelly came to us seeking a solution for their limited space. As the family continued to grow, they needed to add an extra bedroom and a bathroom.

Solution

We advised them to opt for an L-shaped Dormer Conversion, as the property's footprint was large enough to accommodate this type of conversion. In addition, the L shape created a large master bedroom with an en-suite, along with a balcony that the clients particularly liked.

The Result

This conversion has given the family the much-needed extra space without the stress of moving home. The client has tastefully decorated the loft to a very high standard.
